Attendees included Chief Engineer You Jianyang and Director Zhao Xin from the Liaoning Provincial Safety Science Research Institute, Doctor Ma Jiaocheng from Northeastern University, General Manager Zhang Haibing, Chief Engineer Zhan Xudong, Project Manager Mu Guocheng, and other relevant personnel.
