Wall jib crane
▪ Wall jib cranes are an economical heavy duty solution.
▪ The wall jib crane provides good working coverage in a nearly circular working area and can be used with lifting devices such as tool balancers, pneumatic balancers, vacuum lifting tools and hoists.
▪ At present, the wall-type jib cranes supplied in China are made of steel, with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons and an arm length of 7 meters, which can achieve 200° rotary lifting operation. The electric rotation can be selected to operate in a precise and easy way.
▪ The wall jib crane can be installed on the existing factory wall or other supporting structure of the factory. It adopts a single tie rod design, all parts are bolted, easy to install and adjust, and easy to move.

▪ Separate support frame assembly is separated from the cantilever during installation, installed separately and easy to install;
▪ The embedded bearing assembly greatly reduces the extra clearance required for installation;
▪ The bolting between the support frame assembly and the arm can make the installation work separately. The arm can be installed very close to the roof or top barrier of the plant to minimize the occupation of the head space and increase the hoist head;
▪ The hoist trolley runs the stop bolts and can be installed according to the application change position;
▪ Overhead fully sealed bottom inlet current collector assembly, pre-installed or retrofitted. Power the hoist in an application environment that satisfies 360° rotation.
▪ Safety: The top positioning pin prevents the support frame assembly from moving up accidentally.
▪ Full rated load application: For the pre-design of the power hoist, 15% of the crane's rated lifting weight is considered as the total weight of the hoist, hoist trolley and the hook-down device, and 25% of the rated load of the crane is considered as the impact load. It can provide customers with jib crane products for full rated load applications.
