1. LD3.2-16t European single girder overhead crane
Innovation point:
1. The hoisting mechanism adopts European hoist, the travel mechanism adopts European trolley and the main girder adopts box-shaped girder.
2. The main girder adopts the European optimization design and the box-shaped girder or H-beam structure made of steel plate welding, with light selfweight and reasonable structure.
3. The endtruck is welded by rectangular tube or steel plate, and the formed endtruck is processed once in CNC boring machine.
4. The crane driving device adopts hard-tooth surface three-in-one reduction motor.
5. The hoist strokes make full use of the span distance of the crane to make it meet the use requirements to the greatest extent.
2. LH5-50t European double girders overhead crane
Innovation point:
1). The design concept of European structure is adopted in the design of the hoist trolley to make its structure more compact and its appearance more beautiful
2). The main girders adopted the European structural optimization design and box-shaped girder with the off-centered rail welded by steel plate adn used in combination with the square steel rail have light self-weight and reasonable structure.

3. The R&D of EMS monorailconveyor system
Innovation point:
1). Adopt advanced and mature design and processing technology, box-shaped curved rail structure which lower flange plate of curved section is made of profiled cutting steel plate，and high quality hoist device.
2). The R&D of the EMS monorail conveyor system comply with the crane design specification GB 3811.
3). The EMS monorail conveyor system adopts the design of new box-shaped rail and drum type wheel, which makes the hoist mechanism run more smoothly on the curved section and the straight section of the trail, the wear state and the service life of the rail is obviously improved.
4). In order to reduce the wear of the rail curve part, the radius of curved section of rail ≥ 800mm.
4. The new crane with modularized and combined single girder
Innovation point:
1). The main girder is composed of modular units;

6. The electric hoist with the main and auxiliary hook
Innovation point:
1). The new hoist cradle can install two hoists together, and two hoists share a set of driving device.
2). The distance between the main hoist mechanism and the auxiliary hoist mechanism can be adjusted according to the site operation conditions.
